As promised in our reveal of Cannibal Gyudome last week, we excitedly bring you yet another collaboration between Rampage Toys and Eric Nilla… the Nekos custom bootleg keshi! Sharing a mutual love for the hugely popular Nelcos Fortress vintage keshi, the pair set about customising a batch of the figures, with Rampage’s Jon Malmstedt sculpting a variety of neko (cat) inspired heads on 5 of the series’ diverse designs. Cast by Eric in a flexible urethane rubber, the set will be debuting alongside Cannibal Gyudome at Superfestival later this month (9/29)… Here’s hoping for an online release soon after!

Joining forces with the Galaxy People and Fig-Lab, Rampage Toys are set to go all out at Superfestival 63 this Sunday (9/29), bringing along a huge selection of one-off customs, keshi collaborations, original sofubi, micro runs, plus a slew of new releases from our very own band of Disarticulators! We’ll be taking a closer look at those over the weekend, but in the meantime, click through to reveal that extensive line-up in full…

Rampage Exclusive B.A.S.T.A.R.D’s// Originally making an appearance in super-limited quantities at the B.A.S.T.A.R.D show earlier in the year, Triclops’ Goddam and Cockead, along with Rampage’s Catfighter, are finally seeing a re-release. Cast in a multitude of different one-off tinted resins, each comes bagged with B.A.S.T.A.R.D header.

Yellow Gachapon Goblins// Arriving just in time for Superfestival courtesy of Velocitron, Rampage’s latest original sofubi line, the Gachapon Goblins, will be seeing a blind bag release courtesy of the infamous Rampage gacha machine! Featuring designs from Rampage, Art Junkie, Bobby Beast and Seamonster3D, the micro figures have been cast in a yellow soft vinyl this time around, with the largely blank batch coming with a few sneaky hand paints.

Rampage customs// Rampage’s Jon Malmstedt has got to work on a number of incredible sofubi/kaiju, including 4 beautiful Yamomark pieces, a one-off Nerdone Steregon, 3 of Velocitron’s Monster Pikachu figures (check out that watermelon at the back!), plus a micro run of Rampaging T-Cons!

Cannibal Gyudome// Originally revealed here a couple of weeks back, Nama Niku’s collaboration with Rampage Toys will be seeing the light of day at Superfestival! Cast by Eric Nilla in a multitude of different coloured rubber, the hilarious custom keshi is due to come packed with header art from Rampage.

Nekos Fortress// A clever take on the hugely popular vintage Neclos keshi, the series of 5 custom bootlegs each feature cat (neko) head sculpts from Rampage’s Jon Malmstedt. Again, cast by Eric Nilla in a variety of different coloured rubber, the minis will be available in either battle packs of 2, or as a whole set.

Rampage Negora and Shibara// Previously teased here, Rampage has teamed up with Konatsu for a micro run of both Negora and Shibara! Cast in a GID soft vinyl, the pair have been sprayed and brushed in a multitude of neon VColor. Here’s hoping at least a couple make it to the Rampage store next week!

Various Disarticulator releases// We’ll be giving you guys a full rundown of what we’ll be bringing tomorrow, including more Ooze-Ball pics, details of the long awaited Micro Critter keychains, plus the debut of Meadowknight’s AMP series in rubber!

Nerdone have just revealed their latest sofubi release, the KO Neclos Fortress! Created as an unauthorised playset for the original Neclos Fortress keshi, the stunning castle stands at around 6″ tall, matching both the original figure’s scale and chunky aesthetic to a tee. Due to be making it’s debut at Wonderfestival on February 9th in a blank “vintage” orange vinyl, we suggest keeping a close eye on the Nerdone IG feed for exact release details soon…

With the hype surrounding the release of the M.O.T.U.L.O.S sofubi reaching fever pitch last week, it came as no surprise to find the Paralyzing Toys Wonderfestival booth swamped upon Nerdone‘s arrival early afternoon. Bringing along a selection of past figures, including a new mini run of Tarman bootlegs plus a new batch of Steregon keshi, the real star of the show was of course the aforementioned tiny green castle. Drawing inspiration from both Neclos Fortress and MOTU, the 3.5″ tall piece had been cast in mint green similar to the original Castle Greyskull playset, complete with subtle dark green/brown sprays and silver hand painted detailing… But that wasn’t all! Taking the recent Tarman sofubi/rubber concept one step further, the figure also played host to an original MOTU/Neclos inspired keshi, PLUS a mini missile shooter to topple the little guy off the castle! Easily stored in the underside, these 2 extra additions really did help to make M.O.T.U.L.O.S one of the funnest releases we saw at the event- and at just 4,200yen ($41), it was one of the biggest bargains of the day too! Unfortunately limited to just 15 pieces this time around, we’ll be keeping our fingers crossed for a bigger release soon…

Originally teased here in wax prototype form early last month, Jungle‘s latest line of sofubi minis – Ma-jo of Guruja – is set to make it’s debut soon! Whilst details on the project are still thin on the ground at the moment, it would appear that the Neclos Fortress-inspired series will feature a total of 5 different characters designed and sculpted by various Jungle artists including Uky Daydreamer; the OTA Swordsman, Knight, Drunk Mage, Candy-Chan Dragon and Cackling Goblin; each coming with a number of different accessories plus a treasure box to store them all in. Pictured here in an unpainted light green soft vinyl, we can only assume that this colorway will be marking the series’ debut at Wonderfestival Winter 2015 at the weekend- keep track of the Jungle Artist Collection Instagram feed right here for confirmation soon!

Teased here at the end of last month, we can now finally reveal the latest Zombie Army keshi from FTWR Toy in-full! Completely different from our original predictions, the incredible figure actually features a clever two-headed design – named “MukkiMuki” and “Bakkibaki” respectively – coming complete with a huge chest hole that houses a gas canister, plus a fully detachable machete. Once again realised by the sculptor of legendary mini figure series Neclos Fortress, the 2.5″ tall piece has been produced in keshi-style soft rubber, coming in an initial selection of flesh tone, pink, green and the pictured light blue. Packed with an all-new Bikkuriman-style sticker, the latest Zombie Army keshi will be making it’s debut at Wonderfestival Summer ’15 this coming Sunday, priced at just 3,000yen ($24) each… Here’s hoping we see an overseas sale soon!

Having quickly built a name for himself with his hugely popular “Kaibutsu Series” finger puppets, artist KtoKto has taken a brief break from horror toys for his latest release, proudly presenting the stunning, as-yet-untitled sculpts you see above! Whilst solid information on the project is still forthcoming, it would appear that the fantasy-based figures have taken a leaf from both Neclos Fortress and Capcom’s Ghosts ‘n Goblins in terms of aesthetic, with both undead knight and gargoyle still retaining the same one-part, open bottom design of Kaibutsu. Pictured here as finished clay prototypes, we’ll be keeping our fingers that the pair make their debut in soft vinyl early next year…

A massive upgrade from the previously released finger puppet minis, the Neclos-inspired Largaburg towers at around 5.5″ tall, coming with 3 points of articulation, a removable scythe accessory and a head that can be interchanged with the one handed out with the original release. Produced in an unpainted light blue and packaged with artwork from none other than DeathCat Toys, this first edition will be going on sale via Zoomoth‘s WF booth next Sunday, July 24th.
